FYI - Permanent J code for Rytelo

Rytelo has received a permanent J code from Medicare/Medicaid. This should help patients on Medicar/Medicaid to have more seemless access to the therapy.

Here is a forum where patients are discussing difficulty recieve access due to administrative hold-ups due to Rytelo only have a temporary J code.

So this is low key great news for patients as the bureaucracy wheels are now greased, so to speak.

Great news as that should open things up for us. Seems we had a soft launch as a result of the temporary code. Now I better understand the analyst questions following our approval.

Does anyone know of the actual date we received the permanent J-code? I couldn't find it via quick search.

FYI....Seems to me the company could've announced such an event? I'm sure they'll reference it in upcoming Q3 earnings announcement, but a short/sweet PR would've been appropriate given the materiality of the event. Maybe I missed it???

In the June slide (slide 16) had a text stating that, J-code submission process initiated. So likely the approval came sometime this quarter?

Goldman Sachs analyst reported it on Wednesday, so it was either that day or not too far before it.
