Re: Restructuring
This is huge! Hopefully it is a move of strength-seems so. Many of us have wondered if there wasn't a lot of fat and possible cronyism going on with all the hires.

Re: Restructuring
Excellent - this will give the new CEO WS street cred - should instantly help boost pps - profitability without dilution - easier org to absorb with a BO - should help on multiple levels.
Re: Restructuring
This is unfortunate imo, but it does put profitability square in the 2026 calendar year.
Not to mention that moves like this often are a precursor to an acquisition.
I am quite sure this has been in the works / planning for months now, and it does make me wonder the fate of Dr. Feller, again.

Re: Restructuring
Taking a contrarian view, could the restructuring or workforce reduction indicate Geron not expecting any signifiant increase in US Rytelo sales between now and IMerge results next year and hopefully NDA approval with MF sales beginning sometime in 2027?

Re: Restructuring
Lacour, I think he wants to show a profit, pay off the loan, and enhance shareholder value. We wont have to wait too long to see if sales have improved.
Re: Restructuring
I'm pulling for increasing sales to be the caae.
