From the looks of the ASCO poster, Geron is having significant difficulty recruiting patients to take Imetelstat in combo with Ruxolitinib:
"The enrollment of the first patient in was on January 10, 2025. As of April 2026, Phase 1b
has 3 patients enrolled in Cohort A and 6 patients enrolled in Cohort B"
The total number of need patients is 15 and almost a year and a half later they have only recruited 9? These patients aren't being asked to come off of RUX, just add Imetelstat to it. In fact, they have discontinued Cohort A which required patients to have not received more than 24 weeks of RUX.
What gives with the IMProveMF combo study?

I bet it’s enrolled by ASH. Enrollment would be helped with a positive push from IMpact.
