Was just coming in to post about this hire…
Really encouraging hire. The credentials (once again) top shelf, and exactly what the company needed. Just what the Doctor ordered, so to speak. Believe we saw the share incentive pass a couple weeks ago. Interesting that the quote specifies launches for solid tumors, not sure if this is by design or just the biggest wins.
Seems apparent that a top flight team has been assembled. They all came after discussing/researching the potential of Imetelstat.

The key part of this hire is that he's a Novartis alumni. Quite the stacked deck in the C Suite for an acquisition that really would upend the power dynamic between Novartis and Incyte.
