Request for updated earning guidance.

In the Cowen conference call, I listened for one bit of information, which was unfortunately mentioned. Medicaid being a sizable portion of the referrals.
Unless we have a political shift and some sanity is imposed quickly it would be safe to say that earnings for the next 1/4 or 2 may be missed. Rather than have the share price impacted to new lows, would it be better to hear that the company is acknowledging this and making plans for it?
Another share price crash for something that is obvious could be avoided? Or at least get it out of the way sooner.
