SEC filing today. Does it mean that RTW sold off all their shares? If so, how many shares?

Looks like it - they had 44 million shares

Is this the trigger for selloff today? This has been one mystery investment for life. 12 years into, other than the optimism on science that many of use share here, the investment aspect has been beyond terrible. I wonder if the management even cares.

I was panicking about the same thing. It was showing a 10% drop in institutional ownership. Abit of research later shows that is could be awful, or just down to different reporting dates of different type of holders.
Considering the huge volumes of the last few months maybe it isn't, yeah I've given up predicting. After all these years I'm in to the end.
