Honestly, I wish there was a way of blocking you from my feed on Imetelchat. I try my best to avoid anything you post here.

Kmall-- Please try to be respectful. There is a difference between fact and opinion. Most of the material that I post is factual, as far as I can tell. Opinions also are a proper part of a chatroom and sometimes differ. The obvious object now is to get European approvals to complement the FDA approval, which seems to be a requirement for a large part of the investment community. Everything else appears to be on hold.
If you see something that you believe to be incorrect, please call it to my attention.

Re: Even Rock Stars go into Clinical Trials
LWS, I will not engage in discussions of a political nature with you and I will not allow you to highjack this boards with your sky is falling Manichaean world view. I am sure you can find forums to post your views and have discussions with those who support or oppose some of the points you have made here. I encourage you to take your thoughts there. This is (at least) your second warning and a generous one at that. I remind you that this board is devoted to information related to myeloproliferative diseases and not to your opposition to the direction of our current government leadership. Having said that I do not want to see people piling on when there is a contentious discussion, I just want it to stay on point. I do believe you can bring value here, please try to remember that when you post. Discussions of music and humor are obvious exceptions to these strictures, and are encouraged. bp

bp — I had to lookup these words to read your message. I do believe what happens at NIH and the FDA will have a major impact on cancer research, including Rytelo research. Beyond that, we are all waiting for comments and conclusions involving European approvals.

Myeloproliferative disorders include several different conditions that are characterized by excess production of blood cells in the body. They differ based on which type of blood cell is overproduced—red blood cells (carry oxygen from the lung to tissues), platelets (help the blood to clot), or white blood cells (help the body fight infection).
The symptoms, causes, and treatments depend on the type and severity of the disorder. Diagnosis of each condition involves a similar process, and usually includes a blood test, and possibly a bone marrow biopsy. This article will help you understand your risks and what to expect if you have a myeloproliferative disorder.
