Scientists in the shadows…

Kmall reminds us of untapped potential, worth spending a few hours with this. Anyway we should be reminded by what we don’t see—scientists in the shadows:

A look at the author list shows that there seems to be people and departments working on translational work. But where? Are there labs in Geron proper? Ties to academia or pharma that are in essence skunk works? A lab in Dubai (of all places?). Anyway, in this time of uncertainty and unhappy stock prices, at least Geron has some money in the bank (albeit a lot on loan) and a plan (of sorts). It would be nice at this point in investor uncertainty to share the plan! Here are some suggestions. What’s up with the oral prep?, the B cell/lymphoma studies? Pretty sure at EHA we will get some good updates. At least programs are active and, at least as presented to us, optimistic. A little hard data would help.
