Venetoclax combo patent denied?

Doesn't look good for the international patent, if I'm reading this correctly. Is there a favorable ruling in the US?

Claims would have to be narrowed, but there could be hope. "An independent claim restricted to combinations of Imetelstat sodium (GRN-163L) and Venetoclax (ABT-199) for use in the treatment of AML could be seen as involving an inventive step."
