So, WHICH CRO is deciding GERN's future?

Does anyone have any idea when we will know:
Which CRO is actually going to attempt the task of recruiting for the MDS trial? (To ask patients to not take any other treatment, to use a drug dropped by big pharma, and to take the 1/3, worse than Russian Roulette, chance of dying on placebo? Seriously, loading two chambers with hollow points and pulling the trigger?)
How much will the CRO cost? What will be the burn rate?
