As the decision by Janssen nears, we witness coordinated attempts at stock manipulation initiated by the notorious Adam Fuerstein. Clearly companies in the quiet period before the end of negotiations are constrained about disclosures. I hope the next 48 hrs provide us with the clarity that will dispel the acts of these scammers.
