The writing is on the wall for those who wish to read it. Toward the end of the presentation is a clear indication of future plans. ("if" continuation decision.) AML phase II/III, MF Phase III. MDS phase III. Re the reference to MF phase III: Scarlet has said that there are no plans within the rubric of the current MF study for a phase III so this reference must refer to front line therapy or combination therapy. The inference (my interpretation) remains that FDA may approve for R/R on basis of phase II alone and the future will hold a differently structured phase III for MF. I actually think it may be difficult to do a phase III if Imet is already market approved and physicians have the flexibility to use it in less advanced MF (however in the context of a combination study this might not be the case.) bp

Also note "exploratory" indications. This could mean anything. Solid tumors for example. bp
