Anyways, here is a summary I just wrote on Yahoo!, which will be buried / deleted, but not before 'Wayne' most likely calls me a Communist and a racist among other things...
Around 5 years after the Mayo Clinic pilot trials delivered efficacy in both MF and MDS, “Tantamount to a cure” in some cases, let’s recap the near history:
The Trials have been extended from their original end date. That is because Patients are alive, when they weren’t expected to be.
The MDS trial was expanded, for a specific subtype of patients.
Dr. Scarlett stated the next data release would be at a major medical conference.
Geron just announced an Oral Presentation at a major medical conference.
Oral presentations are approved to deliver the most cream of the crop results in the field.
The abstract is for MDS, stating that *updated* safety and *efficacy* data to be presented.
