Earfool, thank you for posting this interesting compendium of relevant articles. I apologize for not getting them on the board sooner as I am learning my way around the automatic "stops" that require review for all new posters. I will be more diligent about this (its a small box with a notification to me that I just missed but now know how to find it.) It should not be a problem in the future.
