So…I have been attempting to add a few rational comments on the GERN SA board but to little avail. That board has now turned even more negative and seems to be dominated by one or two posters, and endless repetition. I’m not exactly sure what these people want since it appears to me they wish more from the stock than it’s presently capable of giving. News. Hard facts. Real developments. That’s what will move this stock. Period. I am, by the way, User 9308911 on the SA board.

My definition of a bad faith investor:

You decide to buy a highly speculative small-cap biotech stock with one unapproved product knowing that this stock will create doubt, confusion and lack of confidence in investors and knowing further that such stocks are highly volatile and are subject to routine sell-offs, and then you complain endless on various stock message boards that this stock creates doubt, confusion and a lack of confidence in investors and is subject to routine sell-offs.

I have become disgruntled with SA. I would implore them to create an ignore function.. telo or whatever he goes by is increasing his fud and even attacking fish and now this website.. my guess it is because he cannot come here and spew his worthless fodder. He constantly spews his time at Geron and other labs like a totally unique authority then makes mindless references to more worthless spew... at work we would refer to such a person as an individual that attempts to baffle'm with bullshit.....

I have noticed Telo’s attack on Fisher. He apparently believes that establishing a FOREIGN message board is a particularly bad thing to do akin to working with the Russians to undermine our democracy. Which it is, of course. But if Fisher makes enough money on the stock who cares?

Sargasso: I didn't fully get you latest comment about me making enough money on GERN. I started with GERN in 2014, during the hold. I am still waiting for things to develop. It is going slow. Very slow. But it is biotech, isn't it?

Hi Fish, Sargasso, Hoosier 57 et al. It is true on the face of it that the YMB is a shambles, the SA board is poorly organized, has no meaningful screening and has been hijacked by a few incessant posters with repetitive empty posts. The only moderated and consistently intelligent board is here, under the watchful eye of Fish. As to Cheng, he is a mystery. I am not sure why he disparages Fish except perhaps he is jealous of someone who actually has contributed in such an organized and meaningful way to the discourse, collection and organization of meaningful materials for trying to understand Geron. Cheng is smart and knows something about imetelstat from his personal experience, he does occasionally have something insightful to say but not when he exhibits his xenophobic attacks on Fish. There are exciting times ahead--ASH this year will truly show us where we are with two MF studies and one MDS study not to mention lab updates on combinations. We will see if we have been very smart or very stupid. In the meantime the more you know, the more you know. Keep it up Fish and don't let the poilus get you down. bp
