Lane et al paper from ash
Was reviewing the very interesting presentation from the Lane group at ASH. They engrafted AML cells in mice and tested imetelstat. In responders (60%) the survival was a dramatic 50% at 300 days (p<.0001). This was not a combo study so I think we will see something pretty dramatic in the abstract re imetelstat combo to be released March 1st with the actual presentation at AACR on April 3rd. Bet some those mice are still alive today. bp

It's probably no coincidence that JnJ took AML for AACR. Who knows what response rate they found in their venetoclax/imet combo study. Looking forward to the abstract.
