The changes we were told to expect from Dr. S with a few minor modification: 2 sites went from not recruiting to withdrawn, one was probably the Sidney Farber, a world renown site (a guess on my part). The patient can elect to remain in the 4.7 arm if they want and investigator agrees. The study now reads primary MF instead of just MF. Also a difference from the Mayo site "Participants in Arm 1 will receive imetelstat 9.4 milligram (mg)/kilogram (kg) intravenously (IV) for every 3 weeks until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or study end"--not listed is something like "or the drug is approved in the US", like on the pilot site. Little things but hey we need to examine anything we can get our hands on. bp

Bio, you recently posted on SA some questions for someone to ask at the upcoming CC. I do believe anyone is able to call in and ask questions; perhaps you could do it yourself?

Hip thank you for your confidence, I assure you I am just a country electrician. It has seemed to me that the cc calls have only been allowed from representatives of investment houses but I have seen Scarlett take calls from individuals rarely. I thought they were disasters in that some of the callers appeared ill informed and ill at ease. If I am free I will definitely consider your suggestion. For the heck of it since we have so many good people who frequent this board why not start a list of hypothetical questions that can be posed and then post cc revisit to see which have been addressed. I suspect information is so tight that only scripted and approved information will be released. The ASH abstracts will be released tomorrow. That should be very interesting. bp

Nice suggestion, Bio. I will start a new topic for that.
