TD Cowen, Stifel, and Barclays

Post by Ryan » Tue Mar 19, 2024 2:50 pm

I’m seeing new underwriters in TD Cowen and Barclays.

RA Capital headlines, assume they took 9.99% of offering to stay at 9.99%. Did not see a mention of NEA though.

These investment firms are willing to pay $3 when they could have literally paid $1’s last week in the open market. Things have certainly changed, period. So the floor is in.
And I expect another lull before, elevator up.

Intends to use:
, to fund the potential commercialization of imetelstat in low or intermediate-1 risk myelodysplastic syndromes in the U.S, and potential launch and commercialization of imetelstat in low or intermediate-1 risk myelodysplastic syndromes in the EU, subject to receipt of regulatory approvals, as well as continued development and potential regulatory submissions for imetelstat in relapsed/refractory myelofibrosis.

I think it's pretty rare to see a stock price go up when there is a stock offering. Kind of amazing and seems to speak volumes about confidence in Geron.
