Yes FDA watching carefully. This warning for possible T cell cancers. No indication of such for Imetelstat but with such disordered genetics and “selection” of resistant clones in advanced disease you can be sure they will be watching.

6 Papers from Dana-Farber Cancer Institute retracted. Altered images fooled peer reviewers, just shocking.
