around 47 minute mark and listen to the questions at the end - think there is a lot of interest in imetelstat due to treating high transfusion burden and also the ability to modify the disease

Thanks RC. Good presentation with Imet highlights. What is striking to me is the willingness to offer BMT even to prolong life for a few months. An effective treatment agent is what they want especially one that modifies disease. For those who are “concerned/critical” of Imetelstats adverse effects, they ain’t nothing compared to a bone marrow transplant. Also in this panel, the “on target” effects on the malignant clone as causing the cytopenias is discussed and “forgiven” because the drug is actually targeting the root driver of the disease. Awaiting results of the HR/AML study with great interest. Best Wishes, bp
