This is what I have been saying - disease modification is the key - I would want to fight the disease and not cover it up

RC, yes, this one is worth a careful listen even though it is very short. Points made: that Lus doesn’t seem to promote the malignant clone was viewed as good news. But no statement as to whether Lus suppresses the malignant clone. Dr. Brenner foresees the day when early disease can be detected and wiped out with an agent that actually attacks the malignant clone early. Comments made to the effect that Imetelstat is in a “different space” and the goal is to prolong life and improve the bone marrow picture. It’s an “eye opener”. Well, hello! lets hope these are prescient statements. bp
