Hi Aron, I know you are returning shortly to Geron to resume your previous duties. I hope your maternity leave has been pleasant and not too sleep deprived. I write to you at the request of a several private correspondents from the Imetelchat board. They have raised a number of concerns that would be helpful to have addressed. The foremost seems to be concern regarding the continued use of “potential” in the wording of whether actual disease modification has been determined with Imetelstat. The next most mentioned issue is many are searching for an explanation as to why the single agent, high risk MDS/AML study is delayed. Any light you can shed here would be greatly appreciated. As an aside, in your absence there has been a decidedly absent effort to correspond with your investors. “Investor relations” has returned to its previous nonexistent state.
