I don't understand. But it sounds like no new stock is being issued. Just warrants to purchase already available shares. Is that what this is all about?

I have no idea. We need one of our business types to comment. Today Janssen kicked another small biotech in the cajones (Fate Therapeutics). Geron is certainly well known to major BP via Dr. Steensma (Novartis) and Janssen (Dr. Rizzo) among a host of other migrants to Geron. Going to investment conferences seems like bringing coals to Newcastle at this point. I guess the existing credit line is small potatoes compared with the stock offering yesterday.
