rccola335, thanks for posting this. A great summary of IMpactMF study now in progress. Interesting that Geron Parsippany but not Geron California mentioned. Probably means nothing of import.

Note the commentary on biomarkers.
This was a critical learning in Phase II (and perhaps also in the Phase I pilot, as has been discussed today, that 'trial' was more all over the map, although the good Doctor T did help his patients), and was utilized for (long ago) enrollment of patients in the Phase III MDS...
It was beyond clear that patient biomarkers were indicative to efficacy in Phase II, and can be confidently stated that the guidelines of enrollment will lead to better patient results in aggregate than Phase II...
And let's not kid ourselves, Phase II results were pretty spectacular, relatively.
