Just musing how the stock started rocketing up, just after the announcement of Dr. Rizo’s departure as Executive.
This would be the type of news that causes the stock to plummet. (Just check the Yahoo! Board for all the reasons the sky was falling on that evening )
So with that context, it is interesting that Bayer built a complex in NoCal. Also noting that the recent public filings show that 2 NoCal biotech hedge funds took huge stakes from the private placement - one of the 2 was established this year, w th e founder coming from the other hedge fund of the 2.
This stock wouldn’t be rocketing up if institutions weren’t buying up pub locally available shares now. With all that said, I surmise the old adage, that Somebody knows Something!
So Dr. Rizo went to Bayer subsidiary

Re: So Dr. Rizo went to Bayer subsidiary
Or it was coincident with expansion of non dilutive financing.

ue - a few things happening, what is cause and what is coincidental?
Noting that the Bayer Innovation Center (So San Francisco) that I alluded to is a different org from Vividion, which was an acquisition and is in San Diego, Wonder if Dr Rizo likes to surf.
