What do you make of this?

Every once in a while YMB poster Anne S (?Fan) comes up with something interesting. Here is a recent link:

https://www.clinicaltrialsregister.eu/c ... 41/results

Note that bone marrow failure appears to have affected 1/107 patients. Since MF IS bone marrow failure, I found this interesting. It could be that the reference is bone marrow failure linked to treatment itself but I leave it to you sort out. bp

Good find. Yes, that was bone marrow failure causally related to imetelstat. The affected patient was in the 9.4 mg/kg treatment arm. I’m curious if the treatment caused one of the other bone marrow failure disorders, such as aplastic anemia? That would be a good question for the company.
