Looks like they are on the 90 day discussion just occurred for Orphan for juvenile AML/MDS/JMML

Also last month they released a statement regarding Orphan for MDS (which was approved July 27) - the statement also spoke of the need to review for Orphan with MA - I think more is going on than we know

Don't get your hopes up there, this is pro forma for a pediatric committee with is a pre requisite for future filing. Very far in the future. One more duck in a row though.
