REMINDER: The IMbark trial yielded a survival benefit despite having a number of patients drop out early based on lack of spleen response. Our upcoming Phase 3 trial (ImpactMF) patients will strive to remain in the trial in anticipation of a survival benefit.

HI, thank you for posting this. I have been in medicine a long time. I can tell you that most of the advances I have seen are incremental. A true paradigm shift is a rare event. bp
