AACR2016: imetelstat and telomerase on the agenda; melanoma as a new indication?

Post by Fishermangents » Tue Mar 01, 2016 12:20 pm

There are various presentations about imetelstat and telomerase. The melanoma one is interesting (potential new indication?), because it is a very agressive and deadly disease. We absolutely have to monitor these presentations and get a hold of the abstracts as soon as they are released.
(Thanks Ligas, for pointing us to this!)

Two observations:
- telomerase is becoming a regular topic on major conferences
- Janssen R&D steps up to the stage as co-author of the two imetelstat papers
