this meeting is about informing patients, not investors.

There is no way to separate the two. If Tefferi gives patients news on drug effectiveness, investors will know as well (especially those investors that send someone to the meeting).

Maybe JNJ will just send one of those iPad remotes to ASH with Tefferi's face on it... he has to be bursting to say something by now, good or bad.

The fact that it disappeared and wasn't mentioned in the last CC is disturbing.

We went over this two months ago when it came out. All this did was say that Jannsen doesn't have to test in kids for a geriatric medicine. It's good as far as it goes, but it has nothing to do with approval.... and it's from June.

Good point, Fisher, imet often shows an effect long before it "should"... somehow interfering with telomerase, interferes with cell division long before the telomeres shorten. If we understood exactly how we might just use that effect and forget the telomere shortening entirely
