Re: EMA Agenda, hat tip YMB
Jay, I believe you are correct. Geron has been straight forward about the time time. Should be pro forma from here.

The root of the weed
As a telomerase inhibitor, the potential of imetelstat to affect the malignant clone differentiates it from any other drug currently approved or in development for myelofibrosis treatment.” From Geron’s PR.

Re: IMpress Data - Part 1 (Observations)
Great Summary HI, thank you and glad to hear there is no obit for the lovely Ms. Blackford. But to the underlying point, we don’t yet have any mortality data from this study. Kmall, it is very encouraging to see potential communication between physicians on the front lines trying to get therapy for ...

Re: impress - ash
Do you think she was on the new dose schedule or the original? It was a while back. The other unmentioned unknown was how many patients were still alive given the short life expectancy of these patients. If we have learned anything, it’s that CR and PRs may not predict survival in patients on Imetel...

Claudia would have presented this morning. Am particularly interested as to whether any animal survival data was part of her presentation. Anyone know?

Re: It’s Friday
Assuming the agenda is not published over the weekend (fat chance) it will have to be released the morning of Dec 9th, right before the meeting. If you New Yorkers want to get up before 3 AM on Monday you might be able to find it. If not, we continue to wait.

It’s Friday
It’s the Friday before ASH. Here’s hoping for some new data. It is so rare for the existing abstracts in the public domain to be updated at ASH with anything earth shaking but I do think the option to update relevant data is allowed should a presenter choose to do so. Also coincident with this is th...

The moving target of top line MF data
Pretty sure I have heard early 2026, mid 2026 end of 2026. Can we get some consensus here? Anyway enrollment easier according to John since drug approval and we were at 70% in August with a lot of enrolling centers so wouldn’t be surprised to hear a 90% enrollment milestone soon.

The EMA (CHMP) meeting
This meeting is scheduled to be held from Dec 9-12th. The agenda has not yet been published. There is some possibility Geron will be on it. The CHMP typically meets once a month so if its not, we are looking at early next year.

To clarify the SAEs noted in this presentation. The presenters are careful to note that all of the SAEs were related to the disease, not the drug.
