I have no control number. I got the proxy notice but no control number to allow me to vote.

I too would like to vote no on all proposals as a protest to share price and lack of transparency. I have not gotten proxy. Is there a way of getting my vote in now?

Suggesting how to vote? Isn't that what opinions are? If we don't have a large number of people voting in one direction, what is the point of your recommendation to wait? To have an impact, we need to have as large number as we can find.

I like voting as a block via same date. But we best vote the same. Can we agree on our stances?

My limited understanding is that misleading remarks were made, by Chip especially, that were overly optimistic as far as projected income. The approval was done last Friday. And no public announcement. What the heck? Hopefully the geron team is busy arranging European partner.

I agree! The Geron board needs to announce action to right the stock price. Perhaps we can send a group letter or a mass of individual emails to Geron telling them our concerns?

At first I thought it a quick nothing burger, but on reflection I wondered what business suddenly comes up after they planned these presentations? Buyout or merger are about all I got...maybe EU approval issures?
