Re: stock options
Afternoon,
Did any of the awards strike any one as unusually or far to high? Nothing to be worried about?
The timing could be interesting. At least a months grace before the end of Q1, so they can't be accused of insider trading when they announce what has happened with the FDA.

Re: stock options
Scarlett only got 582,750 options this year compared to 1,050,000 last year.
Ok, I went back an tallied the options granted as part of the annual compensation of the executive team. With the exception of Dr. Rizo, these numbers only include their annual option grants and not any incentives for joining the company or personal purchases. Keep in mind that Stephen Rosenfeld sold all of his shares prior to the JNJ discontinuation.
Most of these options are well underwater right now. I have not calculated the break even share price but I imagine it is somewhere between $2 and $3 based on the number of shares granted above $5 and below $2.

Re: stock options
Thanks for consolidating the option #s by year.
I may be wrong, but I don’t believe the lawyer Rosenstein sold all his shares when he made a sale before the Janssen decision.

Re: stock options
That's a fair point. I should have said that he sold all of his VESTED options prior to the discontinuation as he would not have been eligible to sell everything. Either way, I believe he sold everything that he legally could.
