BOC Sciences and the Chinese Connection – Tea Leaves or Dots?

Post by kmall » Thu May 21, 2020 8:34 am

Thank you, Andrew, for the kind words and ability to post here on your board. I do feel a sense of privilege for this opportunity. With that said I would like to address a few of my fellow longs who have questioned the reasoning for my “termination” from the YMB - in particular Cathy, Martin, Rocky, Prince Of Pomposity and Rowan. The YMB is a free service and as such has the right to terminate any account for violating their terms and conditions at any time. A list of which is provided when you sign up for an account or if you receive a warning as I did. I was given an opportunity to come back with a warning, but was never specifically told what it was. I am almost certain it was for posting links (a clear violation – but as you can see it is selective as many posters still do and some who have been on even longer than me continue doing so even since I’ve been banned), however, I have a sinking suspicion that some of the more prolific members with opposing views singled me out by reporting certain posts as “abusive” or “copyright” violations – one individual in particular comes to mind and I’m sure most know who I speak of. In all fairness if I violated these terms then so be it. Ok – time to move on – I do not want to dwell on the YMB. It provides a service and as it is, some positive thoughts and debates do surface from time to time. Thank you to all of my comrades there and as always keep up the good work.

I feel that posting on Imetelchat will provide me more time to think about what I will post and less throwing out of ideas or research to see what will stick. In the end it’s probably best as it will force me to be more focused. I tend to enjoy researching and solving puzzles if you will. Looking at the entire Geron / Imetelstat saga with “Columbo” eyes intrigues me for some reason. Finding the needle in the haystack that opens the next door holds a certain sort of “adrenaline” rush for lack of a better way of putting it.

So, the next thing I would like to clarify is the Eiasi partnership I had speculated on. It is just that, since I have no direct connection with either company. However, something was passed in my direction – not by chance – someone at Eiasi had taken an interest in my posting on the possibility of them complimenting each other. I really can not say anymore because that’s about the gist of it. I have direct evidence that someone at Eiasi has done some researching on who I am. Why would that be? I’ve never mentioned them except for a single post about 2 months ago. Seems odd, but it is 100% fact. Not sure if it amounts to anything, but it does go to show that higher powers than us lowly posters on message boards do take an interest from time to time, I guess.

Ok – enough on both of those. Now to the really fun stuff. So my wife who has been scratching her head about my interest with this stock / drug / company / semi-Hollywood movie soap opera saga that is Geron – has been gaining interest herself in all of this since I’ve been kicked out of the YMB and started to explain to her some of the back story surrounding the “short / long” war which has been playing out like David and Goliath – was asking me about the 2 websites I discovered which had Imetelstat in “bulk” back in March. One was a Chinese drug supplier – that originally had 3 companies listed on their site (it has now been reduced to only one – I provided a direct link in my post here “YMB Censorship and Ex-US Partner?” - and the other was BOC Sciences – a company located in Shirley, New York and Hamburg, Germany.

For some reason I found this even more fascinating then Geron hiring a GXP Quality Systems Specialist back in Nov 2018 ( I don’t think many on the YMB understood the significance of that? – it would be the proverbial cart before the horse scenario – maybe some here get how important this really is ??….just ONE month after the J&J meltdown – and one month before ASH 2018 and the Dr. John Mascarenhas / Dr. Razza review of - the first thing Dr. Scarlett does – without a big too-do PR mind you, is hires a guy who’s job it is, is to run software systems for approval pathways – kaboom!!! Writing is on the wall…No? ). Any way after explaining these 2 drug supplier sites to my wife, she wanted to take a look for herself. Now she isn’t one to just look, exploration (or being nosy) is one of her stronger traits…..usually it ends up biting me pretty hard. So, we visit the BOC Science site – here’s the link – and please follow what I suggest doing –

https://www.bocsci.com/imetelstat-cas-8 ... tml?nid=84

- Hit the link
- Scroll down to “Specification” (under Chemical Information)
- Click on the green “Properties” tab next to “Specification”………and low and behold read who is listed on the site

……..Current Developer………..GERON.

Ok, so PLEASE – someone, besides the wise guy who hawks every board that has to do with this topic – and actually had the audacity to tell me that “any college chemistry major could make Imetelstat in a bathtub” – like for real – actually said that……PLEASE tell me why would Imetelstat be available (but not as of yet since “ 商家暂时不对外公布产品目录 ” - Chinese translation: “The merchant does not temporarily announce the product catalog” ) in bulk on 3 continents ??? – Asia, Europe and North America

And more importantly why would GERON be listed on this site if it was simply for “research” purposes? Is this simply to supply the ongoing P3 Clinical trial of IMerge and potentially that of P3 IMbark if they do decide to green light it? – or is it being manufactured for commercialization while filings are being made?

Feedback from some of those here experienced in the inner workings of clinical trials and drug development / approval / manufacturing process - would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance - Kmall

I had mentioned the possibility of an Eiasi / Geron collaboration/partnership/BO 2 months ago on the YMB - and then again here on Imetelchat Monday May 18th

3 more interesting side notes -

1. US Headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.........Geron NJ Office in Parsippany, NJ - approx 30min drive

2. Dr. Aleksandra Rizo - aquired her Phd in Tokyo, Japan ......Eiasi is located in Tokyo, Japan.......wonder if she ever had a connection at Eiasi while in med school?

3. At least ONE of Eiasi's 10,000 employees took an interest in Kmall's post on the YMB 2 months ago - I was notified of this last week......I find that interesting - I have NEVER contacted the company - only researched their website - which I have done with numerous Pharma companies over the past 2+ years and not once have I ever been notified about an interest from any of them......strange indeed.

Tea leaves or Dots???................looking more and more like Dots lately. -Kmall
