A possible combo with Immunotherapy for cancer drug and Imet

I would like to hear from scientists/knowledable members on the board regarding the possibility of a combo treatment of Imet and an appropriate cancer immunotherapy drug. It is reasonable to expect that the very sick patients in MF and MDS trials have a significantly impaired immune function. Logically, if their immunity is triggered and bolstered Imet can do the job more effectively and remission rates may improve.
