I've always complained that the "drug-development system" is no such thing. And this is a great example.... TI drugs work, but between the patent system and the monotherapy FDA trial system, they may never get into use inside the US.
Those who attacked me as a "basher" for years, now have to face the fact that I was FAR TOO OPTIMISTIC. See you all in the homeless shelter, unless ABBV buys us for the patents soon
