Blood Journal Article “How I Treat MF after failure of Jak inhibitor tx

Post by Dogonenuts » Fri Aug 17, 2018 2:52 pm

There was an interesting article in Bloodjournal.org back in Feb on treating MF patients failing Jak inhibitor tx. Very encouraging for imet prospects. Jak patient dropout and adverse effects noted makes the clinical hold on imet way back when even more fishy. Have no proof, but I would bet someone at Celgene or Incy had some influence on the fda that has delayed imet development in a criminal, unethical way. Would love to see some investigation into that!

dongonenuts, Here's the reference, its an open article and is readily accessible, Dr T is one of the authors. I think we have discussed it before and ideally I would like to provide access via the library but as you know that's a work in progress! Regards, bp
