It looks like several new members are here. Welcome. Just a note and a reminder. 1. If you choose an offensive user name, you will not be approved. 2. If your email looks like a bot (we have learned...) don't bother, you will not be approved. The vast majority of posters are posting thoughtful contributions and they are much appreciated. I do think the temperature will go up soon and we will see much more activity. All posts must be respectful and relevant. Best regards, bp

I second that, thank you for maintaining a civilized and respectful atmosphere. Hard to find venues of this nature anymore. I'm very much a novice, so will most likely stay behind the scenes, but wanted to express my gratitude anyway!
