on the possibility of Jakfi enhancing evolution of mutations or covering these up with temporary symptomatic relief. If either turns out to be true, imet could catapult to primary tx rapidly. Google jakafi evolution of mutations and you will get to the article.

Yes indeed. If Jak 2 inhibitors encourage clonal drift toward resistant mutations such as the dreaded ASXL-1 mutation then the effects of Imetelstat in the R/R group may be even more profoundly important. bp
