Congrats to all that have held on, it's been a long ride, too long. Since I have been answering so many DMs on SA lately, thought it easier to make this single post on Imetelchat.
Most of it has been said, but recently, analysts have upgraded the market size for MF from $1Bil to over $2.5 Bil. Many other indications in the heme space have seen their market-size estimates rise. That has lead to some large and increasing interest in the heme space. With MDS now looking possibly as Firstline treatment target for imet, word is finally getting out.

Tefferi knew these things years ago: Imet extends survival, and Jakafi is more dangerous that realized. Imet for first line treatment won't be far away.
