About to watch this, but both drugs can cause thrombocytopenia, so I doubt any overlapping combo tx would be contemplated. Maybe alternating, as in getting these dz under control, then switching to the jak inhibitor for some symptomatice relief seems logical, but probably too simplematic for today’s medical world.
