Wow, when somebody writes “my life depends on it”, it gives you pause and makes you realize the gravity of this decision. Two units every 7-10 days, that’s difficult. I also imagine s/he does not feel great by day 6 after infusion.
The fact that the Doctor was so bold as to tell her/his patient about a drug he cannot have… makes me realize the conviction that particular doctor feels.

The Anonymous patient from Leipzig Hospital (Germany) submission is also worth an eye-opening read. Excited.

Ryan, are you surprised? I think this is the tip of the iceberg.

Probably one of the best digs in a very long time. Thank you Wildrides over on YMB!
I agree Ryan that the anonymous letter from the MDS patient in Leipzig is quite impressive:
"......since December 2021 I have been transfusion-free with very good blood values. This is a remarkable improvement in my quality of life."
26 months of TI and counting along with QOL is an incredible testimony for what patients are seeking in treatment. Hopefully we see more testimonials like this as we approach ADCOM March 14. -Kmall
