This time last year we were discussing this very topic, Dr. Lane, Claudia Bruedigam and abstract 201 at last years ASH. Nice to see this video, coupled with their enthusiasm and hard work getting the recognition it deserves. Question is.....is the FDA paying attention to any of this? -Kmall

It’s very encouraging to hear Dr. Lane’s comment that they’re already seeing some positive signs in the AML trial….despite only being open for a couple of months.

I wish they had provided more details about the lady (patient) who was interviewed at the end of the video. It would appear to be a patient with a good treatment outcome, but they didn’t quantify her condition or results (unless I missed it).

Curious timing on the release of the article & video relative to this week’s release of ASH abstracts. I’m not sure if this is an early (leak) publication, or being released outside of ASH for one reason or another. We shall see. Excellent & Exciting either way!

The case study at the end was unusual as it said nothing about how this lovely lady actually did with Imetelstat. Response? Remission? I suspect heavy censorship until presentations at scientific meetings.
