TAM of 7 billion in the US and Europe
Is what scarlet said - don’t see a 5 or 10 dollar share buyout if he feels that will be true
Re: TAM of 7 billion in the US and Europe
Going to be a long interesting ride - scarlet seems confident - I would feel better if the stock price was higher

To get there there is an awful lot of cash needed to fund all the trials and commercialization.
I doubt even the doubling of the shares will give them enough cash to do it all. Which leaves the specter of more dilution and reverse splits in the next 18 months. But now the results are out and it's a much safer bet, the question is when do people pile in?

Geron needs a 3-5 Billion $ market cap before any additional shares are sold, i.e. the next secondary needs to be above $6 then the funding from 100m shares should put the company over the top in terms of financing and would probably not cause the pps to suffer. Revenues will begin in 2024 and hopefully accelerate in 2025. The MF trial should bear fruit in 2024 helping the pps to move up. I don't see why Geron's would need to sell any shares below $6.
