I THINK this lays to rest the controversy over the management's loyalty, devotion to the company and faith in the drug.

The Form 4’s call them derivative securities, so looks like the annual stock option grants at a $2.83 strike price.

The usual options awards that vest over four years, if one stays with the company probably with proviso for buy outs etc .

The new options would’ve had strike prices in the mid-3’s if not for each of the executives selling their options a couple weeks ago.

last year they were awarded on feb 18th and scarlet got 2.1 mill vs feb 24th and 1.75 this year
