Hard to see the future is...but it looks to me like the Rux/CPI-0610 combination has results that are not dissimilar to Imetelstat alone. We know that preclinical work re a Rux/Imet combination is very promising. Future clinical studies along these lines could eclipse Manifest data. I think the management team must have something up their sleeve, and really, it's time we were told what it is without this continued ridiculous hope and speculation on our part. There is reversal of fibrosis in a significant number of patients. This is the touchstone. Quo Vadis? bp
