Bill, thanks for posting. Faint praise for Lus (just ask Dr. Scarlett) and a great review of Imet data to date. The bone marrow responses which we have discussed before deserve emphasis. They are impressive. SF3B1 mutations about 60% of all MDS and about 80% of RS MDS.
