Dr. Shay's 6 thio dG or Geron's, that is the question.

YES! Who owns the 6-thio-dG IP... if there is any.

GERN has a patent... but 6-thio-dG has some clinical oncology use from before the patent.

And of course as usual, Geron has said nothing at all about an IP agreement.

So, is MAIA a possible Geron savior... or just another typical pharma ten-year lawsuit waiting to be announced?

If there were any real Geron longs, they would have been asking this two years ago when I brought it up....

MAIA is still taking investors... you just have to be a real person (i.e., someone that can meet the SEC "Qualified Investor" standard).

Obviously that rules out all of us that lost our money in the Discontinuation, but there are about 18.6 million Americans that qualify:
