For those of us, who are not as savy in reading the detailed document or ... for those who want a "cliff notes"/summary version of the interesting element ... What is/may be the working hypothesis?
Clearly, given that this forum is not an official board of the company...no need to worry about the safe harbor statements or other legal liabilities :D

Hi Ashah, I think the jist of where I saw this going (perhaps because of an over active imagination) was that an application for Market Authorization in the EU has some mechanism to proceed in parallel to that of Orphan status. It does not appear that they necessarily have to occur in series. In a perfect world we might see movement on both. Best Regards, bp
