Someone with more knowledge than I, please explain how those Pharmas that have taken out combo patents, using Imet paired with their own drug, can do so without a license or at least some kind of contractual agreement with Geron? Thanks in advance.

Your are to be commended for your insightful letter and the intents behind it. Sad to realize that the company has a standing policy not to respond, except in boiler plate, cliche hyperbole. But good effort anyway.
